Embedding Chat in Zoho Wiki

I'm trying to embedd Zoho Chat in my wiki at http://smallbusiness.wiki.zoho.com/Chat-with-us.html . When I cut and paste the code I get a weird looking page with a "smiley" face . What's wrong :?:
