Entity ID in 'Zoho CRM - Send email template' in Zoho Flow

I am setting up a flow to add a new contact to mailchimp when a new contact is added in Zoho CRM, and then send an email template to the new contact.
I'm coming unstuck on the second stage when asked for the 'Entity ID', what does this value relate to?
