Error al invitar usuario / error when inviting user
Hola, agregué un nuevo usuario al CRM a partir de Settings>Users y llené todos los campos incluyendo el mail. Una vez hecho esto, ya me muestra al nuevo usuario y en su perfil me pone el estado de "confirmado". Aún así la persona a quien nombré como nuevo usuario no ha podido confirmar, ya que al entrar al link que le enviaron por mail le da un error que es el siguiente: "La confirmación no es válida. La página ha caducado". No entiendo por qué dice esto, si él intentó entrar dentro del plazo de los 7 días que tiene para confirmar. ¿Alguien podría ayudarme con esto? Gracias
Hi, I added a new user to the CRM, which I did by entering to Settings>Users and filling in the gaps including the user email. Once I did this, the new user inmediately showed in the users list, and in its profile it says that it is "confirmed". Even so, the person which I added a new user hasn't been able to confirm, because when he enters the link that had been sent to his email displays an error in zoho webpage which says (something like this but in spanish): "The confirmation is not valid. The page has expired": I don´t understand why could this be happening, if he clicked the link within the 7 days period that we have to get the account confirmed. Can somebody help me with this, please? Thanks in advance
