Error: Trying to send Zoho CRM Email Template after creating a new CRM Contact Using Flow

Error: Trying to send Zoho CRM Email Template after creating a new CRM Contact Using Flow

I have created a ZOHO Form, that when filled out will push the data into CRM and create a new contact. I added in a step inside the flow to "Send Email Template", but I keep receiving an error while testing & debugging. Screenshot attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
