Error tying to access submission link

Error tying to access submission link

Hello. I have a button that when clicked, it shows me all the submissions for certain collection. If I try to access the link within the key: 'links.self' in that submission it returns an error "id":"F6016","title":"URL Rule is not configured".
Now, if I try to access the link within the key 'relationships.files.link.self' it returns an error {"id":"F000","title":"INVALID_TICKET"}

Any thoughts? Thanks!
