Error Uploading an Already Active Contract
I'm trying to upload a contract that is already active (and has been signed in Adobe Sign as a PDF). I am receiving an error when I am on the Upload Screen, trying to upload the version of the "Signed" contract; the file will not upload and I'm told that the file is password protected and the password must be removed. There is no password, however, as this is just a signed PDF. Any workaround so that I can get signed Adobe PDF documents into my contracts would be appreciated!
