Excel found unreadable content in 'Global_Timesheet_.......

So i just finished implementing zoho projects in my company and we are trying to utilize the timesheets and we are getting this error when we go to open the exported timesheet in excel. "Excel found unreadable content in 'Global_Timesheet..... Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook". We can then go ahead and click yes to continue and then excel states that it has renamed invalid time sheet name. Any ideas?
