Expand / Collapse Rows in Spreadsheet
I'd like to be able to collapse rows of categorized data so that I can more easily see all of the categories, with the ability to expand them to see individual rows.
When I search, I find this demo, but with no explanation of how to make it

This is for collaborating with our supplier. We order multiple sizes of one thing, with about 10 different things altogether, so this would help a lot in making it easier for both of us to have an overview of the order.
