In the "Hours" column of the exported excel document for all users timesheets, the hours are listed as characters rather than numbers. In excel 2007 I can change it from characters to numbers, however I am not sure if it can be done in excel 2003, and it is somewhat of a hassle for our accountant to do it each week that he downloads the timesheets.
