Extract all resumes from a outlook mailbox in Zoho Recruit via outlook plugin

we have a master mailbox where all the resumes and other things have been accumulating. We ant to extract all the resumes from this mail box ( Even if it was sent 2 years ago) , also there is a lot of other things in the mailbox. we want only resumes of the candidates to be parsed and loaded.

I have been able to install Zoho outlook plug in on the outlook but do not know how to automatically scan all the old and new mails into Zoho candidates. I want that if parser is not able to populate emaail and phone number of candidate that records do not get parsed and non resume related mails are also there.

Zoho support , Can some one guide me here.?
