Failed to join session - Windows
Hi,
We keep getting an error message saying "Failed to join remote session due to the following reason:" and then it doesn't give a reason (See attached screenshot.)
We use folder redirection for our user files (documents, download, desktop etc.) which means a users download folder is stored on the network. It seems that running the ZA_Connect.exe file from a network location returns the attached error code.
When we run the ZA_Connect.exe file from a local disk such as a usb stick it works fine.
Not all of our end users carry around usb stick and they can not access the C: drive due to security restrictions, so there have been times where we are unable to use Zoho Assist to support them.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
