Failure to Sync All Notes Between Android and PC

I use both the Android and PC (desktop and Web) versions of notebook. I find that not all of my notes in a given notebook will sync between the two platforms. Sometimes 5 out 7 will sync, sometimes less. This renders the application useless. I really like the app over its competitors but it's just too unreliable to use as it is anymore. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks!
