Dear Zoho Product Management Team, I am writing to formally request a native functionality that allows mapping or syncing a specific Zoho WorkDrive folder directly inside the "Documents" module of Zoho Inventory. Our goal is simple and critical for our warehouse operations: we need a specific WorkDrive folder to appear natively under the Inventory Documents section. This will allow our purchasing team to easily select and attach those photos directly into Purchase Receives as concrete proof of delivery issues (such as wrong or damaged items) without any complications. Currently, we have an agile process where we take bursts of photos on our mobile devices, transfer them to a PC via Syncthing, and use WorkDrive TrueSync to upload them automatically to the cloud. However, because Zoho Inventory's Documents module is completely isolated from WorkDrive, this automated chain breaks at the final step. Forcing the warehouse or purchasing team to manually download, drag-and-drop, or email dozens of photos for each purchase order is highly inefficient and complicates our daily existence. If we could see the WorkDrive folder inside the Inventory Documents Inbox, attaching proof to a receipt would take just one click. Could you please inform us if integrating Zoho WorkDrive directly into the Zoho Inventory Documents workspace is on your product development roadmap?
