feedback in Happiness Ratings instead of star-ratings

We have a customer who is using both Zoho Support and Zoho SalesIQ to support their customers. They are asking if you can please add the same Happiness Ratings from Zoho Support into Zoho SalesIQ? They don't like the star-ratings either, and they prefer to use the Happiness Ratings in both support channels.
