Hi Support Team,

I’ve created field dependencies between two fields in Zoho Desk, and they are working correctly on the Create and Edit layouts. However, on the Detail page, the fields are not displaying according to the dependencies I’ve set — they appear without filtering or control based on the parent field’s value.

Could you please help resolve this issue or guide me if there are any limitations or additional settings required for the detail view?
