File Attachment API does not return a value when there are no attachments

File Attachment API does not return a value when there are no attachments

I need to know if a call to: https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/{module_api_name}/{record_id}/Attachments
has null results.  It appears to return nothing, not even "null."
