Did file sharing options change recently?  The options dialog doesn't match the help documentation.  I try using both "Members with Access permission in WorkDrive" and "Members of TCA team in WorkDrive" with edit privileges and the result is view only when you click on the links for all users.  Even though they ARE members of the TCA team.  AND have access permission in WorkDrive.
