File upload and send email

Hi

I created a form on Zoho Creator and some fields are file uploads. I would like an email to be sent to me when the form is sent, with the form information and the file uploaded in the form attached.


In Zoho Form, I've managed to do this, but I can't get a dashboard like in Zoho Creator.

In Creator, I tried the Deluge “send mail” script, but I get this error:


I've also tried attaching the form data as a PDF, as in Zoho Form where you can access the files, but without success in Creator, I only get plain text :


Do you have any idea how to attach the form file to the email? The files do appear in the entries.
