Hi,

The past days the file upload functionality in my Form hasn't been working. The image files are added/uploaded fine but when the user tries to submit the form an error is reported by Zoho Forms. This hasn't happened before, it has worked just fine for 18 months, and I haven't changed a thing lately in the Form - please advise.
