When in a list view and filtering by an input text field it would be a lot more helpful to have the default criteria be "contains" instead of "is". 

The "is" criteria is too specific and I'm forever changing it to "contains" in order to use the filter option.

It's been mentioned a ton of times but nothing has ever been done. Compared to all the features they are adding it's a simple tweak and improves the UX a ton!
