Flow between Zoho People and Zoho Creator

Flow between Zoho People and Zoho Creator

I have a roster of employees in my organization within a report in a Creator app that I built.  What I'd like to do is set up a flow that will update employee fields in Creator when that corresponding field is changed in the employees folder in Zoho People.  I have tried to test this with a department dropdown field, but I cannot get this to work.  Any suggestions to working with lookup fields?
