Flow: from google sheet to zoho crm

Hello,

I am struggling with a few things when trying to use a google sheet to upload to zoho crm:
1. What date format should my data be in? I have tried multiple date formats and it keeps failing because of the date
2. How do I ensure that the trigger run every time an existing row is updated on google sheet? right now it seems to trigger every time there is a new row
