When logging phone calls, the "Call Type" menu is locked and only has 3 choices. Outbound, Inbound, and Missed. Since it is not limited to only IN or OUT, then it should have more useful options other than only "Missed". It is a locked system field. It would be great if we could edit the choices, but if not, add some.
When you log an outbound call now, it forces you to use a Outgoing Call Status of "Completed". But, if you just tried to call or left a message, you did not "complete" the phone call. OK, you can put "left a message" somewhere else, but it messes up reporting for KPIs: actual calls where you talked to someone, vs just attempted to call or left a message or received a message.
At a minimum, "Call Type" should allow for logging calls other than the 3 current types.
Please add:
- Left a message
- Received a message
- Attempted
- Other
