Form with prefilled "Referrer" name according to an affiliate link visited by lead?

Hello, I was wondering if there is any chance somebody knows how to make an affiliate link? So a Referrer, having a link like www.mydomain.com/?ref=john, could refer a Lead to this page with Zoho Forms, and the form already has a prefilled hidden field "Referred by", containing "john"?

The obvious solution, if we are talking about 10-15 referrers, would be creating 15 duplicate pages with different forms (and hidden "Referrer" field prefilled), but I am sure there is another way of doing that. Any advice on how to make it easier? Thanks.
