we currently have the following issue:
Visitors on our website can use a Zoho Forms integration to request a meeting with. In that contact form, they can select between one and four topics of interest. Each topic of interest opens a seperate text field in which the user can specify their needs further. For example, if a user selects two topics of interest, they can fill out two seperate text fields. Right now, this information is only transmitted to us via e-mail, despite a new lead being created in the CRM.
So far, the information in the text field is not being transmitted to the CRM and we've been trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it seems that only one text field can be linked with a related list/note at a time. Is this correct?
Ideally, we would like the content of each text field to create a seperate note for the newly created lead.
Alternatively, it would also be acceptable if the texts of all the filled out text fields were to be written in the same note.
So far, I have not been able to figure out how to do either step. Any pointers are welcome.
If this isn't possible at all, I would be grateful for a good work-around. One solution would be to create a seperate field within the Leads module for each text field, but this is not a very elegant solution as it would inflate the Leads and Contacts modules with unnecessary fields.
At the moment, the contents of the text fields need to be copied manually into the record, which is also not ideal.
