Forms Export Descriptions and Sections

Hi Guys

I would like to know the following:

I have a created for my customers to fill in their Account Creation Form to be used by our sales field team. 

However  when I am exporting it via PDF, It is not Possible for me to Export as well the Descriptions I had or even the  sections. Is there anyway possible for me to Export these as well? Keeping the structure of the form? Even under the show / hide rules I cannot hide certain Descriptions.

The PDF aspect above is required by the law of my country, as this copy with all the legal descriptions needs to be sent to our customer and filed.
