Hello,

enclosed you will find a screenshot and a few questions about the form URL and the form title.

- Is it possible to change the form title in the URL afterwards? Please see number 1 in the screenshot. If yes, how?

- Is it possible to specify the form title differently in the "backend" and in the "frontend"? We have some customer surveys, which should all have the same title in the "frontend", but should differ by name in the "backend". See number 2 in the screenshot.

- Alternatively, is it possible to hide the form title in the "frontend"? If yes, how?

- Can I add my own CSS to the forms?
