Free forever plan - number of technician installations?
I've decided to try Zoho Assist since other vendors offering similar services have issues when it comes to trusting that users truly are practicing personal use. With the Zoho Assist free plan, this shouldn't be a problem anymore. So, my basic setup is the need to remotely manage the number of computers that is well within the scope of the free plan (5 unattended computers). I know that there is only 1 technician possible in the free plan. My question is; is it possible to have multiple installations of the technician software on different computers or am I stuck with just one installation? It is often convenient to have the technician software on multiple devices so that I don't need to boot a specific device/computer when having to remotely connect to an unattended PC. I.e. is the "1 technician" limitation based on "user" or based on number of "technician software" installed? My guess is that this limitation is not a reality since it is possible to connect using a web browser without any previous installation (logged in as the "1 technician" in the free plan).
