We welcome you all to the upcoming free webinar on the Creator Tech Connect Series.

The Creator Tech Connect series is a free monthly webinar that runs for around 45 minutes. It comprises technical sessions in which we delve deep into key essentials and technical nuances while building a solution in Zoho Creator.

We started our three-part series on Zoho Creator and Zoho Directory last month, where we're exploring the administrative features that are available on both platforms.

In the first part of the series, we looked at the different types of users in Zoho Creator and Zoho Directory and their roles in managing the various components of the platform. In the upcoming session, we'll explore the management of domains and controls in Zoho Creator through Zoho Directory. Additionally, we'll go into the security aspects of both applications, including multi-factor authentication, password policies, and custom authentication.

About domains

Domains, in simple terms, are the locations where a website is situated on the internet, helping access one or more services provided online. In Zoho Creator, we use Zoho Directory's support to add and verify domains. Adding verified domains helps users build more brand recognition for an organization.

About controls

Using controls in Zoho Directory, admins can ask users in the organization to raise requests to access applications that aren't assigned to them. Admins can then grant or deny app access to these requests.

About security

Configuring security policies is the most important step in setting up an organization, as it secures your application and user data. Security policies enable the admin to set up certain rules that define how employees can access their accounts.
