Every one who is logged in is struggling lately to put information on, when we put information into a cell it, it wont let the box move somewhere else.

This has been happening for a few days and unable to update information. I have tried to log all users out and re sign in. This isn't an internet problem as this is happening in different places with different internet.Anyone else have this problem?
