Zoho Vault browser extension for Chrome is a small menu accessed by clicking on the plug-in icon.

This is useful, but what we really need is a full-page browser extension which works offline as well as online.

LastPass has this. It's really helpful and fast for working with a large number of passwords when offline. Can create/edit/delete/move passwords, and edit settings, and it automatically syncs to the online vault. It's pretty much identical to the online vault - it has nearly all the same features as the website lastpass.com.
