Hello,

we would like to use the Parent-child Ticketing Extension for Zoho Desk but apparently there is no way to get the parent element. Of course you can see in the ticket detail view to which parent element a certain ticket is assigned but that's where it ends. What you really need is access to the data! You can't access this information via built-in reporting function, analytics or API. The data does not seem to exist anywhere :-( 

We must be able to analyze this data! Please give us a way to access the data, no matter how.... whether workaround or similar. Somehow it must work!
