Getting Some Support when things are URGENT
Do any other user have issues getting support?
We have had an issue for over a week now, we have had emails and links sent sending instructions on how to rectify the situation. But we have been unable to solve the situation ourselves.
I have called and was told a tech person would ring back 2 days ago, nothing!
We have been emailed to say someone will run a remote session today but nothing!
there have been multiple emails
My colleague and I are trying to manage our internal users who are pretty fed up!
Zoho can be a brilliant tool, we have invest so much into making it work for us. Whilst we appreciate the costs are low and therefore support is minimim when it comes to NOT being able to report to clients is unacceptable
