"Ghost" Committed Stock

We're experiencing an issue where an item is marked as having committed stock but no associated listings appear on the Committed Stock Details report. Additionally, there are no standing sales orders that haven't been shipped that would possibly account for it. Our inventory counts are off but we have no means of rectifying it because we can't find the source. Would anyone have any solutions for this?
