Global (U.K.) Collaboration and Access - Troubleshooting

Hello,

We have created a spreadsheet for our organization that we would like a select group of people globally to be able to access and edit.

I have shared this document with "Collaborators Only" and have entered the email addresses of the collaborators. The people in the U.S. seem to have no issues accessing the document. The two people in the U.K. cannot.

I've asked for screenshots, ensured that they are using the proper email addresses to log in, etc. and it doesn't show any shared documents for them.

We are not paying for Zoho docs, as it is just one spreadsheet at this point, but would be willing to "buy up" if it helped the access issue or if our data extends past the limit.

Any other ideas on what the issue could be?
