Gmail Chat Widget Unreliable

The Gmail Chat icon displays but shows me available to chat late at night and not available during business hours. Almost like it's backwards, (although I haven't had time to check the actual times). It works correctly on the website.

I won't be able to use this. Please let me know when this is fixed.
