Gmail or Zoho Mail or Outlook (and which extension for Zoho Recruit)

In a perfect world the Zoho Recruit extension for Gmail would be as good as the Zoho Recruit extension for Zoho Mail.

But.. it's not. Either get Gmail and a 'not so great' extension

-- OR --

give zoho mail a go for the stronger zoho recruit extension. (tough to consider ditching gmail..)

Interested to know where Zoho Recruit sees this going and where they plan to use their resources on this topic.

Also interested in what other Zoho Recruit users are using for an email client/extension workflow.
