Google Hangouts & SalesIQ

Hi there,
I was able to accept all the XMPP / GOOGLE CHAT bots and they all appear green on my google hangouts I think, but for some reason when a chat is initiated on my website, it doesn't popup on my google hangouts.

If you can help me out - it would be awesome.
