Google Translate Does Not Work With All of Our Organization's Accounts.
I recently set up the Google Translate integration with SalesIQ. The integration works on all of our older Zoho accounts, but for any Zoho account that was created within the last year or so the translate feature does not work.
I have tested the affected accounts on different computers as well, but I just get an error that reads "Unable to translate messages." You can see this on a provided attachment.
Also attached is a screenshot of an old account and a newly created account on the same PC. You can see that the old account (on the left) detects the language and translates but the new account (on the right) can't do either of those.
I reached out to SalesIQ support and they said there is no problem on their end, so they would need to remote in to our system. This is not an option because we have sensitive data stored on our machines. If this were a problem with some of our PCs then you'd expect the affected accounts to be able to translate on a different PC right?
Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone have suggestions we can try?
