Finally got our guided conversation to work like we hoped and create tickets.  Doing some testing this morning of how to lay it out on our website and rather than getting an active chat dialog, I'm presented with this (relatively hideous) thing I've never seen before and apparently am unable to edit.

Is there any way to just have the chat/flow start on load?
