Help! How do I solve this problem: 'Sorry, this survey hasn't been shared with you.'

Hello, 

I made a survey. I wanted to test it by sharing it with my sister, my brother and myself. 
When I was in the 'summery' I filed in their emailadress and also mine.
We all got a email like this one:

Dear jair74, 

I have added you as a collaborator on the following survey:

Regards,

jair74


But when we double clicked on the link to open the survey, we got this remark: 

Sorry, this survey hasn't been shared with you.

So we couldn't open the survey. 

  • Please can someone tell me what went wrong or what I did wrong, please?
  • How can I prevent this in the future?
  • And how can I sent my survey to my costumers in a simple way?
