HELP! Newsletters in Zoho Automation

Has anyone been able to successfully create newsletters in ZMA?

In Zoho campaigns I would use a Sign Up Autoresponder. But in ZMA there are only the "calendar" and "cyclic" options for autoresponders.

I can't use Journeys because every time you edit it (and I go back and edit things a lot), zoho creates an entirely new version of the journey and then your contacts are split between multiple versions! (I still don't understand the logic behind that one)

I'm reaching out to the community because I just don't get it....and maybe it's just me. This is probably the most fundamental function of automated email marketing and I can't seem to figure it out in Zoho Marketing Automation!

Can someone please tell me how you are accomplishing this????? I can't believe I can't figure out how to get a simple newsletter out to nurture a list!
