Help required with migration from Sage to Zoho

Hi,

I've been tasked with migrating all of our accounting from Sage to Zoho. I've had a look at the guidebook but I'm not sure where to start as I've never done anything like this before and I'm also new to Zoho. I would appreciate if anyone could assist me step by step that has done this before? I just want to make sure this is done successfully.
