Help with changing ADMIN

Help with changing ADMIN

Support is not responsive. We have 1 admin for Surveys and he is no longer with the company.
we are able to login into his account but there is no option to change anyone else to an admin.
I am the super admin of the entire ZOHO installl, no option to change admin.
Support has been asked 4 times to fix, no phone number to speak to anyone.

Anyone help?
