Helpcenter log in programmatically without SAML / Identity Provider
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to log in a special user programmatically when accessing the website or portal.
The background is that we want to integrate the knowledge base into a desktop application. When the help is called from there, the help center should open and a specific user should be logged in.
The knowledge base should not be public, the articles should not be available on the internet! For this reason, it is mandatory to have an end user in Zoho Desk, which is then used to access the Knowledge Base.
Of course, when the "Online Help" is opened through the application, the user should not have to log in themselves each time. Also, the credentials of the generic account would not be known to the user.
We cannot use SAML SSO because all other endusers must be able to log in to the portal normally via password and email.
