Hiding / removing Currency field from Layout

Hello,

I'm working on the LEAD standard layout of Zoho CRM. I like to have it as minimal as possible for our team. I could remove most of the field, but Currency is not possible. As lead, I don't quite understansd the necessity to have Currency as mandatory.

However, the interface shows opposite informations:

The Currency menu shows the field is not mandatory, and there is no properties to be edited (unlike the other fiel btw).

However setting the permissions, it's even impossible to hide the field as it is mandatory... which the first screenshot shows it is not... And I can check the properties that are not there...

So, how do I remove, or hide this fields ? any clue ?
