I hope you can help me with a solution!

We have a form with 20 questions (yes/no). If yes, there is a specific additional form with up to 25 questions for each question.

A maximum of 5 subforms can be inserted. So certainly not a solution.

I am currently considering creating all input fields on one page and displaying the corresponding fields based on the 20 questions.

Would that be a solution or do you have better ideas?

Is the maximum number of input fields per page or form limited?
