How can I change iOS display setting at night?

How can I change iOS display setting at night?

It seems like at night the two light daytime settings themes  (white with blue on top or just white) are not available and I am forced to choose among a few other colours that I really don’t want, I.e.,  black, blue or orange.

Is there a way for me to always have the light display setting 24/7? If not, then please allow users to choose, thanks. It feels excessively controlling  not to be able to choose the same themes day and night.
