How Can I create a new Lead in Zoho CRM with only an Email address

How Can I create a new Lead in Zoho CRM with only an Email address

I need to be able to create a bare-bones lead in CRM from a form where the email address is the only information requested.  This is to make it as easy for the customer to complete the form as possible.

When creating a new Lead in Zoho CRM, I also need to supply an Account and LastName.  As I do not have this information, I can place a dummy Account name, such as TempAccount in the Account field.  However, the LastName field will need a unique name.  I think I will need to generate this using a Custom Function but I am not sure how to go about this.

I appreciate any help?
