I am evaluating Zoho Inventory for potential use with my record store.
Part of what I need is the ability to have a listing for several versions of the same exact product, with different prices tied to a specific unit.
EXAMPLE:
The Beatles - Abbey Road - Original Pressing
New Sealed - 'Mint' Condition - $100 (x2)
New Sealed - Very Good Plus Condition - $85
Used - 'Near Mint' Condition - $65
Used - 'Very Good Plus' Condition - $45 (x2)
Used - 'Very Good Plus' Condition - $40
Used - 'Very Good' Condition - $30 (x5)
Used - 'Good' Condition - $15 (X2)
Used - 'Good' Condition - $10
Sometimes, though an item may be listed in the same condition category, it could have a different price.
Using the previous as an example, how can I have 14 different instances of the same item, with potentially 15 different purchase and sales prices, and with inventory allocation and pricing associated with each specific item, but without having to create 15 different items (and more as time goes on)?
I imagine a system in which I could look up The Beatles' Abbey Road, and then choose (by some as-yet-undefined identifier) which Item I am working with/selling.
Is this possible? If so, how?
